1. General Return Policy

At Nuladeco, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall décor purchase, eligible physical items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Include original packaging, accessories, and any included hardware

  • Be supported by valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

  • Not be customized beyond the standard options available on the product page

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


3. Return Authorization Process

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

To begin the process, contact us at contact@nuladeco.shop. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for safe packaging and return preparation

  • A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the package

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed or accepted.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

  • Items damaged during shipping (frame, print, or packaging)

  • Incorrect product, size, or design received

  • Missing parts or installation hardware

After reviewing your case, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (such as items with added text or images)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to complete the return process for the original product and place a new order separately.

Any approved refund or store credit may be used toward your new purchase.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time of 3–10 business days may occur depending on your bank or payment provider
